Structure of Project, Phase and Tasks ?

Project : Any initiatives or collection of task can be considered as a project, any project approved by the CEO of the company directly available to the GCEO Dashboard and its monitored accordingly.

Project Type : Strategic Initiative, Internal Project & External Project.

Requirements  : Name, Description, Start and End Date, Project Manager.

Phase : Projects are divided in to phases based on time duration or major activities.

Requirements  : Minimum one phase needed for each project in order to report the progress of the project to the management, A name, start and End date (within the project start and end date) are requred.

Task : Phases can be divided in to task(s), minimum one task required under each phase. Progress of the project measured based on the completion of task(s). Eaach task can be assigned to diffrent users and the changes in the status will automatically reflected in the project report.

Sub Task : Task can be further divided in to sub task(s) and assigned to diffrent users, sub task will not be counted for the project progress.
