Navigate to :- PMS > Projects > Project,  Then Create

Step 1 : Enter the Project Name, Type, Start date, End Date and Description

Step 2 : Save the Project 

Step 3 : Create Phase from Smart Buttons  

Step 4 : Save the Phase  

Step 5 : Create and  Save Task under the Phases

Step 6 : Change the Status of Project, Phase and Task if necessary  by Clicking the status bar
