Investment types are used for classifying investments and can pre-set tasks as checklist for each stage of pre investment. This will make it easier to generate tasks and assign them to different users.

In the Pre-Investment phase, a 'Fill Task' option is available in each stage, which will copy pre-set tasks from the type checklist.
